Refund Policy

We want customers to be satisfied, but because we sell digital products, refunds are limited.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, refunds are not available.

2. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be approved if:

  • The product was not delivered
  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • The product does not work and support cannot fix the issue
  • The wrong product was delivered by mistake
  • The product description was clearly incorrect

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not given for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer mistake
  • Not reading the product description
  • Wrong region, platform, account, or device
  • Product already redeemed, revealed, downloaded, used, or activated
  • Third-party bans, restrictions, or policy changes
  • Refusing to follow setup instructions
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Attempting to scam or abuse support

4. Digital Codes and Redeemed Items

Once a code, key, file, or digital item is delivered/revealed, it cannot be refunded unless it is proven invalid and we cannot replace it.

5. Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are only given when the issue is verified.
